Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation Policy

At Northern Escape, we understand that plans can change. However, as a travel service provider, we incur significant costs before your tour begins. This policy outlines our cancellation charges to cover these costs while being fair to our customers.

Payment Importance

Payment for the tour is a fundamental part of the tour's income and contributes to the overall cost of equipment, running costs, staffing, administration, etc. As we incur most costs before the tour starts, we need to impose cancellation charges to cover these expenses.

Deposit Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your booking, we will impose cancellation charges based on the following schedule:

Time Before Departure Cancellation Charge
30 days or more Loss of deposit
15-29 days 30% of tour cost*
7-14 days 50% of tour cost*
6 or fewer days 80% of tour cost*
48 hours or fewer 100% of tour cost*

* or deposit if greater

Tailor-made Tours

Customized tours may be subject to alternative cancellation terms, which will be clearly communicated to applicable clients at the time of booking.

Cancellation Procedure

All cancellations must be in writing and be made by the person who submitted the booking form. Please send an email to your contact at Northern Escape, with a copy to badaljamnanvansh@gmail.com.

After Tour Commencement

Once the tour has started, no refund for any unused portion or part of the tour or services will be given. If you wish to make changes to the tour or depart early, such alterations will be entirely at your own expense and liability. You will need to provide written communication to the tour operator explaining your reason for leaving the tour.
